Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Texarkana, TX seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead store operations, uphold food quality and safety, and drive sales growth. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store appearance and safety standards.

You will recruit and develop team members, balance P&L responsibilities, and foster a positive, fast-paced work environment that delivers on-time service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
