Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Tyler, TX seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, protect brand standards, and motivate a diverse team to deliver great service.

You will oversee operations including cost controls, inventory, scheduling, food safety, and customer care; manage P&L, drive sales, and lead by example while developing staff through coaching and training to achieve goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required.

• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills


• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal


• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor


• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
