Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Ennis, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, serve customers, and support our team members.

You will manage daily operations, oversee staff development, ensure food safety, deliver best-in-class service, and drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
