Domino's Team BAM! in Los Lunas seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales and profitability.

You will supervise, coach, and develop a team while maintaining food safety and brand standards. The ideal candidate has prior restaurant management and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accountability and team performance.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
