Domino's Portales is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and uphold high standards of service. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, image, cleanliness, and staff attendance while ensuring a strong customer focus.

You will recruit and develop a capable team, manage food safety and labor, and strive to increase sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Prior management experience or similar role is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Numerical ability and accurate math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
