Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee is seeking a General Manager to drive store profitability, ensure smooth operations, and uphold food safety standards. The GM will oversee all store areas, supporting Supervisors to deliver exceptional performance.

You will develop KPIs, recruit and train staff, optimize processes, and collaborate with the Area Director to boost efficiency and financial health of the location.

Qualifications
