Job summary

Fearless Restaurants in Philadelphia area is seeking experienced restaurant leaders to join our high-volume group. You will coach and mentor teams, drive service excellence, and help recruit and train staff to meet our standards.

Ideal candidates bring extensive service knowledge, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and events, while upholding ServSafe and food safety practices to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment.
• Extensive service knowledge and guest relations.
• Extensive experience training and mentoring staff.
• Must love interacting with guests and creating raves.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to hospitality industry.
• Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing.
• Ability to work full-time (48-55 hours a week).
• Conflict resolution and special event execution.
• Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred.
• Food Safety knowledge and ServSafe licensed.
• Experience working with POS Systems.
• Recruiting, staff education, and motivation.

Responsibilities
