Fearless Restaurant Group is seeking a Prep Cook for Daddy O in Long Beach Island, NJ. The role requires 1+ year of restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and strong knife skills.

You will work in a modern, ocean-adjacent dining environment, supporting sauté, pantry and grill stations while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. Expect competitive hourly pay and benefits for a full-time role.

• Keep the prep station organized and clean to high standards.
• Assist the head chef with prep, plating, and daily kitchen tasks.

Daddy O has two private dining rooms that are perfect for celebrations. Daddy O Hotel's 22 rooms offer a luxurious retreat with modern comfort and amenities within a block of the beach.

A Fearless Prep Cook will be a professional who takes pride in his/her/or their work. All team members must be highly organized and have the ability/desire to work fast and clean.
