Fearless Restaurant Group is hiring for a Daddy O Greeter at Daddy-O in Long Beach Island, NJ. The role focuses on warm, knowledgeable guest reception, reservations, and guiding guests to their tables in a busy dining environment.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, personable, and able to communicate clearly in fluent English. This full-time/part-time position offers benefits and opportunities within a growing multi-concept group.

Daddy O restaurant in LBI boosts a chic, modern and comfortable interior located only one block from the beach in a vintage seashore styled boutique hotel. The Restaurant menu offers American comfort food with modern creative twists in the dining rooms and outdoor garden patio. The full service energetic bar boasts specialty drinks and draft beer for festive Happy Hour Monday - Friday. The rooftop O Bar serves sushi and plenty of sunshine and views. Daddy O has two private dining rooms that are perfect for celebrations. Daddy O Hotel's 22 rooms offer a luxurious retreat with modern comfort and amenities within a block of the beach.

The ideal greeter candidate is positive, a big personality, responsible, hands-on and a team player that has strong communication skills and can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.

• Average $11-18/hour depending on experience with Open Table Guest Center

• Be graceful in answering telephones, confirming reservations, and showing guests to tables
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Maintain accurate knowledge on hours of operation, relevant service and facility information
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
• Be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
• Be able to communicate eloquently in fluent English
• Be able to use a telephone comfortably
