Job summary

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership across a manufacturing operation.
  • Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, costs, and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience with lean manufacturing and automation.
  • Automotive and/or battery manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Master's degree in business administration, management, finance, or another relevant discipline

  • Develop the organization: lead hiring, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Set the vision: communicate the facility’s strategy, goals, and results while creating alignment across the organization.
  • Represent the company: serve as a key representative within the local business and community.
