COMPENSATION: A six figure salary and bonus starting at 40%.

TO QUALIFY: You must have a BS or BA degree and a progressive resume with current General Manager or Regional Manager experiences.

We have been retained by a long standing multi-billion dollar provider and manufacturer in the industrial machinery business to find a General Manager of their flagship operation in Kennesaw. This is a newly created position with an organization most never leave. To emphasize the gravitas and level of responsibilities in this role, our client will be offering a negotiable six figure salary and a bonus plan that starts at 40%.

This operation is a high dollar volume center that houses sales, service and parts. Until now, across the US those departments reported to their own state directors. The company has opted to invest in placing a GM into the high volume locations. All were filled internally via promotions, but an external hire is needed in this last opening.
