Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Plant Manager to oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and Inventory across two facilities. You will drive safety, quality, OEE, and profitability while partnering with senior leadership on budgets, staffing, and capital investments.

You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, 6S, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis, develop and coach Supervisors and teams, and ensure on-time delivery and efficient

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader.
  • Proven ability to manage plant budgets, labor and material costs, and P&L performance.
  • Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading multi-facility operations in a high-volume environment.

As Plant Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and Continuous Improvement.   • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, QEK, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or senior manufacturing leader.
  • Proven success leading multiple manufacturing functions and large hourly teams in a high-volume production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve OEE, productivity, quality, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, scrap, safety, and operating performance.
  • Strong experience with plant budgeting, P&L management, labor planning, staffing, and financial accountability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance immediate production demands with long-term operational improvements.
