Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a leading manufacturing client to recruit a Manufacturing Operations Manager for the Brunswick, GA area. This high-visibility role reports to the operations leadership and focuses on Lean excellence, CI, and people development to accelerate growth.

You will lead front-line teams, drive process improvements, manage projects, and shape the operational strategy across the North American footprint, enabling delivery against ambitious growth plans.
