This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, workforce development, and operational performance while ensuring production schedules and customer commitments are achieved.
The Production Superintendent will provide leadership to supervisors, leads, and production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on manufacturing leader with a strong background in industrial production environments.
