Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Tyler, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize restaurant performance. You will manage the leadership team, implement training programs, and uphold brand standards.

You will also oversee local marketing, community involvement, and fundraising efforts while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety guidelines. A strong focus on team development and performance is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant required.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation and safe food handling.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with computer operations and related software.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations .

You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change , and have a passionfor trainingand developingtheteam.

You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
