Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee the management team, drive guest experiences, and ensure profitability while promoting exceptional service and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes labor compliance, safety, and ongoing staff development. Responsibilities include local marketing, financial oversight, and community involvement, with a focus on performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary experiences for guests through supervision of restaurant operations.
• Oversee the management team with focus on performance, engagement and training.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and oversee P&L results to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
