Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Tyler, TX to lead the restaurant team, drive guest experiences, and manage local marketing while delivering strong financial results.

You will train and develop the management team, ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes, and oversee community involvement and fundraising. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this is your path to career growth.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in creating legendary experiences for guests, overseeing local restaurant marketing and P&L results.
• Oversee your restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee all community connection and fundraising activities.
