Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to drive legendary guest experiences and lead our restaurant team in McKinney, TX. You will oversee local marketing, training, and performance, while ensuring strong Profit and Loss results to keep our restaurant at the top of its game.

You will lead the management team, coordinate community connections and fundraising, and guide staff development through comprehensive training and advancement programs.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and manage costs.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
