Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney, TX is seeking a General Manager who will lead restaurant operations, drive local marketing, and oversee Profit and Loss results to keep the venue at the top of its game.

You will manage the management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives while coordinating community connections and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant general management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
