Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standard and delivers legendary guest experiences.

You bring at least 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, solid knowledge of labor laws, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures and computer operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
