Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Tuckerton, New Jersey, is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, maximize profitability, and ensure food safety. You will oversee all areas and support Supervisors to deliver exceptional performance.

Responsibilities include developing performance goals, recruiting and training staff, implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, and monitoring financial health. You will work closely with the Area Director to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
