Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Florida. You will manage the P&L, drive sales and profits, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to hire and develop staff in a fast-paced Quick Service environment. You will ensure compliance with food safety standards, implement training, and maintain a safe, clean, and energetic workplace that reflects our

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with our fast paced environment.

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing the P&L.
