Checkers & Rally’s in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and profits, and deliver outstanding guest and Team member experiences.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), Food Safety Certification, 2+ years of QSR management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will recruit, train, schedule staff, manage the P&L, and uphold the Checkers & Rally’s core values.

• Over 2 years of restaurant management experience in QSR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
