Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Missouri. You will drive sales and profits, manage the P&L, and ensure top-tier guest and team service. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff, monitor operations for safety and cleanliness, and respond promptly to issues while upholding our core values.

The role requires over 2 years of QSR management experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible, high-energy approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to integrity, service, excellence, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, and guest/service efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests.
