Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a quick-service restaurant in Illinois, ensuring sales, profits, and exceptional guest service. You will manage P&L, staffing, training, and daily operations to deliver the brand standards and a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years of QSR management, food safety certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing the restaurant P&L.
