Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant in Florida. You will drive sales and profits by executing the restaurant plan, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional guest and team service.

You’ll manage staffing, training, and performance, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and a positive work environment. The role requires 2+ years of QSR restaurant management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing P&L.
• Continually analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits.
• Ensure proper staffing and hire for the right positions.
• Train team members and managers on operations and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging environment for guests and staff.
