Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant operations team and drive sales and profits. The GM will own the P&L, analyze performance data, and implement plans to improve service, efficiency and guest satisfaction across shifts.

You will hire and train staff, coach managers, and ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment that reflects our standards and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Basic math skills and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Continually analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire for the right positions; ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching on performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging environment for employees and guests.
