Jack's in Selma, AL is seeking a General Manager to own and operate a single store, driving sales, profitability, staffing, training, and guest service.

Lead a high-energy team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards; manage a million-dollar business; hire and mentor; and help prepare southern favorites with strong food-safety practices.

As a General Manager, you'll have ownership of a single Jack's store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you'll:

• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
