Job summary

Jack's in Tallassee, AL is seeking a General Manager to own a single store and oversee sales, profitability, staffing, training and operations. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service, cleanliness and quality, while providing friendly service to guests and meeting daily goals.

The role requires 50–55 hours per week, servant leadership, and strong business acumen. We offer weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing daily operations.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food-safety credential.
• Ability to manage a P&L and forecast sales.
