Qualifications

• 5+ years of general manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar operation.
• Proven turnaround experience with improving operations and driving results.
• Experience building scalable systems and processes for consistency and excellence.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, cost control, inventory and P&L management.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers into leaders.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, and culture.
