Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in San Diego is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead the full operation of the property, driving guest experience, team engagement, and financial performance.

You will set the tone, build culture, and own the P&L, partnering with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to elevate brand standards and safety. Be visible on the floor with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hotel General Manager at a major brand property (Marriott or Hilton preferred).
• Strong F&B operations knowledge and sensitivity to guest service.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• Leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride.
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts.
