Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is expanding in the San Diego area and is hiring a Hotel General Manager to run the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.

You’ll set the tone, build a culture of service, and lead a team that’s proud to wear the Dimension logo. Marriott or Hilton brand experience, strong hotel F&B experience, and a deep understanding of hotel operations and profitability are required.

• Proven experience as Hotel General Manager (Marriott or Hilton brand required).
• Strong hotel F&B experience.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach.
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business.
• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy.
• Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance.
• Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team.
