Job summary

Dimension Hospitality LLC is expanding in the San Diego area. We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee property operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

You will lead with heart, set the culture, and drive brand excellence across all departments. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability while coaching department leaders and ensuring SOPs and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott or Hilton brand required).
• Strong hotel F&B experience.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride.
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach.
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business.
• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy.
• Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance.
• Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team.
