Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Bossier City, LA seeks a Hotel General Manager to oversee all property operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You will set the tone, lead the team, and ensure brand standards across departments.

This hands-on leadership role requires driving guest satisfaction, budgets, and P&L while coaching department heads and collaborating with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams. Marriott experience is highly preferred.
