A position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure that it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with the leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team.
