Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a General Manager for a leading North American environmental services company in Orlando, FL. You will lead a high-volume, route-based operation, overseeing frontline teams, drivers, dispatch, fleet, and daily service execution while owning full P&L accountability to drive revenue growth and margins.

You will optimize route performance, staffing, asset productivity and service levels, build a strong safety culture, and partner with commercial teams to improve contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership within a route-based, fleet-intensive service operation.
• Proven P&L ownership with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA, margins, and operating costs.
• Track record improving route efficiency, labor productivity, fleet utilization, safety, and customer service performance.
• Experience leading operations with a high level of daily scheduling, service execution, and asset utilization.
• Background in environmental services, transportation, logistics, or another commercial fleet-based service business strongly preferred.
