Job summary

Certified Climate Control in the Greater Orlando area seeks a General Manager to own the business, lead a high-performing team, and drive growth. This is a strategic leadership role, not a maintenance position.

You will steer revenue, profitability, and market share across HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, while managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and KPIs. You’ll attract talent, elevate customer experience, and scale the business responsibly.

Certified Climate Control is a growing provider of residential HVAC services across the Greater Orlando area, known for quality workmanship, reliable service, and an exceptional customer experience. We’re built for growth - and we’re looking for a General Manager to help drive it.

This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for a leader who can take ownership of the business, build a high-performing team, and push results.

What You’ll Own

• Performance & Growth: Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations. Set the pace, hold the team accountable, and consistently deliver on targets.
• Operations: Lead day-to-day service and installation operations. Track KPIs, improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and ensure the business is positioned to scale.
• Financials: Own the P&L. Manage budgets, control costs, and make decisions that improve margins while maintaining a high standard of service.
• People: Build, coach, and lead a team that performs. Hire strong talent, develop leaders, and address underperformance quickly.
• Customer Experience: Set the standard for quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Handle escalations, protect the brand, and ensure customers receive an experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
