The candidate will oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure adherence to corporate standards while guiding a high-performing team and maintaining safe, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in large maintenance organizations (10+ years).
• Strong mechanical/technical background with hydraulic systems, pumps, diesel generators.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, budgets, and financial projections.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; PMP and EPA Refrigerant preferred.

• Strong mechanical and technical background with hands‑on support knowledge of hydraulic systems, refrigeration, pumps, diesel generators, and utility systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and develop reliable financial projections.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; PMP certification and EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
