Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and manage local marketing. You will oversee the management team, monitor performance, engagement, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing Profit and Loss statements, controlling costs, and delivering results. You will also develop your team, foster community involvement, and support fundraising activities

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience, with prior restaurant GM experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Experience in alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team; analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
