Job description

The Keystone Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated individual preferably with hotel experience to lead our new Home2 Suites - Cincinnati/West Chester location!

Responsibilities include managing the hotel's overall operation, maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate is ready to work hard and consistently deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel. This is achieved by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction, effectiveness, and efficiencies. A commitment to creating and maintaining a quality product and guest/associate relations is a must. Yield management experience is preferred, and a successful sales background is a plus. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and PC skills will be required. The role also involves maximizing room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts; developing and monitoring strategic marketing prospects; developing, implementing, and monitoring annual business and marketing plans; and participating in national marketing efforts. Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration, and compliance with policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
