Home2 Suites Cincinnati/West Chester is seeking an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and uphold exceptional guest experiences at our West Chester location. You will guide daily operations, support staff development, and ensure adherence to service standards across rooms and public areas.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills, with hospitality experience and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front/back office functions.
• Strong English language skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify status, and update departing rooms.
• Assist management in daily activities and scheduling.
• Coordinate Housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Prepare and communicate assignment sheets and changes to staff.
• Communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
