Beyond Catering is seeking a GMIT role to develop future General Managers and provide a pathway to ownership through the Managing Partner Program within the Buona organization.

The position targets sales achievement, team leadership of 10+ members, and strong development of employees, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities across operations.

Formación

• Must be able to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets.
• Identify revenue areas & development strategies to grow sales.
• Enforce and execute advertising, marketing plans, and HR/training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses and labor costs.
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses.
• Select, retain, supervise, and train all employees.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and ensure adherence to training programs.
• Determine advancement/termination decisions.
• Develop employees into shift managers.
• Provide guidance to the team and lead them toward success.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000/annually

• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success
