Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center is seeking a General Manager for the Northglenn East, Colorado location. You will drive overall shop performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading estimators, technicians, and support staff.

The role requires collision repair management experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of shop financials and KPIs. Insurance relationships and OEM procedures are important; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Collision repair management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of shop financials and KPIs.
• Insurance and DRP knowledge helpful.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to improve production and profitability.
• Valid driver's license required.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall shop performance and profitability.
• Manage production metrics: cycle time, touch time, throughput.
• Oversee sales, gross profit, labor, and expenses.
• Direct estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and CSRs.
• Recruit, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
• Manage insurance relationships including DRP and OEM procedures.
