Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center – Northglenn East, Colorado is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and manage production, throughput, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee estimators, technicians, parts and CSRs while building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Collision repair management experience required.
• Strong understanding of shop financials and KPIs.
• Insurance and DRP knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to improve production and profitability.
• Valid driver's license.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall shop performance and profitability.
• Oversee production, cycle time, touch time, and throughput.
• Manage sales, gross profit, labor and expenses.
• Direct estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and CSRs.
• Recruit, coach and drive team accountability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
• Maintain insurance relationships and DRP coordination.
• Adhere to OEM repair procedures and quality standards.
