Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver top-line growth with a hands-on leadership style. This role offers top market pay: base salary $75-$90K per year, plus substantial bonus potential tied to sales, and a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k, and STD.

The position features a 5-day week with most shifts 8am-8pm or 11am-11pm; Fri/Sat/Sun included.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
