Compensation includes a base salary and substantial bonus potential tied to sales growth, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must have proven restaurant leadership with drive-thru experience.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Lead drive-thru team with hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Maintain standards for food quality, safety, and service.
• Schedule and manage a 5‑day workweek (Fri/Sat/Sun) with long shifts as needed.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures.

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, base salary $75-$90K per year
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!
