Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations with focus on drive-thru excellence and guest service.

This role offers top market pay with a base up to $65K on day one, a robust benefits package including 401K, and generous PTO. Most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p in a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams.
• Drive-thru experience preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and ensure service standards.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings.
• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!

Note that STD and 401k are not available in Leland, Whiteville or Shallotte
