A well-capitalized real estate owner/operator is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a luxury multifamily property in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to the Vice President of Property Operations, this role oversees property operations, leasing, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can drive results, exceed budget goals, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This is a full‑time, in‑person role.

The General Manager is responsible for overall property performance, including:

• Financial oversight, budgeting, and variance reporting
• Leasing, marketing strategy, and occupancy performance
• Leadership and supervision of on‑site staff
• Vendor and service contract negotiation and oversight
• Resident relations and customer service excellence
• Leasing activity, renewals, tours, and vacancy management
• Broker, vendor, and industry partner relationships
• Market analysis, competitive shopping, and reporting
• Oversight of marketing campaigns, websites, and listings
• Vendor coordination and resident issue resolution
