Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience in a NY luxury multifamily environment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of NYS rent stabilization laws.
• Consistent work history with excellent references.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with the daily operation of a luxury multifamily property.
• Handle the accounts payable and receivables for property promptly.
• Collaborate with the GM, RM, and team members to ensure resident satisfaction.

Skills
