Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Methuen, Massachusetts is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team and oversee bakery operations. You will hire and develop staff, ensure product quality, and drive store performance with a focus on customer service.

We require leadership experience in food service or retail and the ability to manage schedules, labor costs, and daily operations. The position is full-time, with 40–45 hours per week and weekends involved.

Schedule: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, including Saturdays. Sundays off.
